Saturday cartoons are very, very, veryimportant to one 10-year-old Chinese boy.

A worker was installing lighting on theoutside of a high-rise apartment building when a boy appeared at an eighth-floorwindow and began sawing through the worker's safety rope. Apparently,the construction racket was drowning out the kid's cartoons, and he decidedthis would be an effective way to restore some silence.

Forty minutes later, several firemenrescued the worker from his precarious position. Police questioned the boy, whoeventually admitted to his actions. The kid's dad came home and apologized tothe worker.

★Er if by 11 years old he thought htisbehavior was ok then no he does not live in that kind of householfd.

★We don't know that there was no action/punishment. He is a 10 year old child. China does recognize him as a minor.Only the USA charges children (as young as 7) as adults. The boys actionsbrought shame on the family you can bet he was punished at home.
